Unauthorized construction regularization
This is the process of legalizing unauthorized constructions or unauthorized changes of use in properties, in accordance with current Law 4495/2017. Through this procedure, property owners can regularize their property by paying the corresponding fine and secure the legal status of their assets.
Submissions are carried out exclusively online through the information system of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) by an authorized private engineer.
