Complete Conversion of a Ground-Floor Area into a Modern Professional Environment
Within the framework of continuous upgrading of the built environment and energy conservation, ANTHRAKIDIS Ch. Savvas successfully completed the full renovation and energy upgrade of a ground-floor professional space in Pella, on behalf of Emmanouil N. Kehagias.
The project involved the transformation of an outdated ground-floor property into a modern office space, with a strong focus on bioclimatic design and the implementation of high energy-efficiency technologies.
Works executed:
Central ventilation system with heat recovery
Installation of a heat pump connected to VRV ceiling cassette units
Roof thermal insulation with 10 cm thick mineral wool
External wall thermal insulation
Construction of a shading canopy with integration of photovoltaic elements
