The engineering office was founded by Christos Anthrakidis, marking the start of its activities in the field of studies and construction.

The first architectural and structural studies for multi-story buildings are carried out in the wider area of Giannitsa.

The first residential apartment building is completed and delivered.

Engagement in small- and medium-scale public projects – Technical interventions in schools and infrastructure.

Expansion of technical activity – Undertaking projects of increasing scale and technical complexity.

Undertaking major public projects – Reservoirs, kindergartens, and municipal buildings.

Signing of a contract over €500,000 – Full management of planning, execution, and supervision.

Acquisition of the qualifications of Building Inspector and Energy Auditor by the founder, Ch. Anthrakidis.
